In our newly built villa with a beautiful view of the breathtaking surroundings you can completely de-stress. In Casa das Estevas you have the option of staying overnight in one of the guest rooms or staying in the self-contained holiday home. All guests can enjoy our garden and our swimmingpool.

This spacious double room (37m2) has a private bathroom and two private terraces.
There is a queen size bed with side tables, an built-in wardrobe and a sitting area with a television, table and chairs. There is air-conditioning, central heating and free WiFi.
The modern bathroom has a bath/shower, double wash basins, toilet and bidet.
A Luz is a “No Smoking” zone.
A Verdade
This spacious double room (45m2) has a private bathroom and three private terraces.
It has a queen size bed with side tables, and wardrobe as well as a living space with a television, lounge chairs, table and chairs. There is air-conditioning, central heating and free WiFi.
The modern bathroom has a bath/shower, double wash basins, toilet and bidet.
A Verdade is a “No Smoking” zone.

Our guest rooms can only be booked for at least 2 nights.
For bookings of at least 7 nights, a discount of 10% is granted on the cost of the stay.

Optional at the price of € 7.50 per person.
Children < 12 years: € 4,00 and free for children < 3 years.
Extra bed
Extra person on a rollaway bed: € 20,00 per night.
Extra cot: € 10,00 per night.
Self-Catering Holiday Home
The self-contained holiday home is located on the same site and was newly built by us in 2010/2011. The holiday home for 8 persons, is very comfortable and beautifully fitted out so that everyone can immediately feel at home.
Downstairs there is a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.
There is also a bathroom and a large bedroom with queen sized bed, plus a laundry with washing machine.
The lounge opens on to a partially covered terrace where there is also a BBQ.
Upstairs there are another two bedrooms with en suites, bunk beds and built in wardrobes.
Each bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet.
There is room for a cot to be brought in.
All rooms have air-conditioning and free WiFi.
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
Prices of the holiday home
The price is € 120.00 per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
For bookings of at least 7 nights, a discount of 10% is granted on the total rental price.
Bathroom & bed linen, utilities and final cleaning are included in the tariff.
Breakfast supplies (€ 7,50/pp) is available when reserved in advance.
All guests can enjoy our garden and our swimmingpool.
GENERAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Payment Terms: 40% of accommodation costs (+ guarantee of € 500.00 for the holiday home) when booking.
The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
The reservation is only definitive upon receipt of the deposit.
